BDR 9 purchased a 2-year-old filly by Lost Soldier at the Fasig-Tipton Sale in Timonium, MD on May 20. This almost black filly is named Brunette. A five percent share is $3000 which includes training, boarding and routine veterinary care until approximately December 1, 2008. This LLC is 75% sold.

BDR Group 10 plans to purchase a two-year-old in training at the OBS April 2009 auction or the Fasig-Tipton May 2009 auction. This LLC is capitalized at $69,750.00 with approximately $50,000.00 earmarked to purchase the colt or filly. All sales-related expenses plus all normal ongoing expenses including board, training, mortality insurance, shipping, routine veterinary care and farrier charges are included until approximately Nov. 15, 2009. A five percent share is $3,875.00 until the horse is purchased, after which time the price will be $4,275.00. This LLC is 30 percent sold.
